Our first-born….He graduated first grade with straight A's and is moving on to second grade. He just finished his third year of tball and was the starting pitcher (OK...I was the coach, but really, he deserved to be pitching). Cart learned about loss this past May...Mr. Squeekers (his pet rat) died of cancer at the young age of 2. After a couple of months of mourning, Cart decided he wanted a bird. Paulie (a green cheeked conure) has joined the family. Cart continues to play guitar and has played at church a couple of times. He has no understanding of fear or being nervous...NONE. He just gallops up in front of an audience and plays his heart out. I see a garage-band in the future.
