My Three Sons
People often ask about our boys names….Carter, Cole, and the new Cooper. “Where did you get those from?” Here’s the truth. While driving home from Pittsburgh and pregnant with our first we were trying to come up with names. Things got silly and we started rattling off everything we saw….Rite Aid….COGO…..DOT….every sign and business….then it happened. We were driving along route 40…right before Uniontown and past Carter Lumber. We liked it and it stuck. Next came Cole (Coal Baron Restaurant)….and finally Cooper (Cooper’s Tires). All of these businesses can be found along Route 40…The National Pike…between Uniontown and Brownsville, PA. Now you all know the “Waligura Name Game”. The middle names are their Grandfathers (John & Thomas). Cooper got his daddy’s middle name. Anybody else got some interesting stories of naming their children??
